2. Hosting & server log files
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system). This data is used for the technical provision, security and stability of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). 3. Contact and vehicle enquiries
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number where applicable, your message and an optionally selected vehicle) in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. This data is stored in our database and additionally sent to us by email.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We store the data until the purpose no longer applies and then delete it, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Cookies
This website sets a strictly necessary session cookie (PHP session) required for the operation of the site – for example to protect forms against misuse (CSRF). It contains no personal profiling data and is deleted when you close your browser or when the session expires. The legal basis is § 25 (2) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
5. Fonts (Google Fonts)
To display fonts consistently, this website currently loads Google Fonts from Google servers (Google Ireland Ltd.). When the page is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. 6. Your rights
